Bio
Marielle Phares joined the Scleroderma Research Foundation as the Operations Specialist in December 2025. She first began working with the SRF in 2023 as the Administrative Consultant on the CONQUEST team, where she gained familiarity with their groundbreaking clinical trial work.
Before joining the SRF, Marielle launched her nonprofit career at Pacific Business Group on Health (now Purchaser Business Group on Health), where she served as the Purchaser Value Coordinator. In that role, she supported multiple teams by coordinating logistics for meetings and innovation forums, managing databases and communications, and providing exceptional customer service to members and stakeholders. She also brought creative skills to the organization through her work designing presentations and materials.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, building with Lego, and playing board games.
