Join us in welcoming the University of California, Los Angeles to the CONQUER Registry!
UCLA recently joined the CONQUER Registry—a highly collaborative consortium of some of the largest scleroderma centers in the United States. UCLA has already begun enrolling patients in this first-of-its-kind nationwide scleroderma patient registry and biosample repository under the leadership of Dr. Elizabeth Volkmann, Director of the UCLA Scleroderma Program and the founder and Co-Director of the UCLA Connective Tissue Disease-Related Interstitial Lung Disease (CTD-ILD) Program.
Since its launch by the Scleroderma Research Foundation in 2018, more than 725 patients have enrolled in the CONQUER Registry. They’ve contributed vital data needed to help researchers learn as much as possible about all forms of this disease. Researchers can use this knowledge to develop more effective, personalized treatments for people living with scleroderma.
