Today is National Doctor’s Day, and we want to offer huge thanks to every doctor in the U.S. and around the globe for their dedication and compassion in serving the healthcare needs of patients. We’d also like to give a shout-out specifically to the doctor-heroes who support the scleroderma community, including those on the SRF’s Board of Directors, Scientific Advisory Board, and funded research partners. We’re grateful for all you do every day to help discover improved treatments and further progress towards a cure for scleroderma.
Pictured are just a few of the many doctors who contribute to our mission and put research at the center of all we do. From left to right: Eric Kau, MD of the SRF Board of Directors; Dan Kastner, MD, PhD of the SRF Scientific Advisory Board; and Lorinda Chung, MD, MS who is an SRF-funded investigator.
