ILD Day is here! Lung involvement is very common in patients with systemic scleroderma and may result in interstitial lung disease.
Shortness of breath is a common symptom of all ILDs. Other symptoms include dry, persistent cough, fatigue and weakness, chest discomfort, “clubbing” of the fingertips (thickening of the tissue under fingernails), loss of appetite, and unexplained weight loss.
