Whether you’re just starting to make sense of a scleroderma diagnosis or looking for more support in managing day-to-day challenges, the SRF has exciting news: we’re proud to sponsor a new small-group format for the SPIN-SELF Program.
Developed by the Scleroderma Patient-Centered Intervention Network (SPIN) together with patient partners, this self-management course is built specifically for people living with scleroderma—whether newly diagnosed or simply wanting to learn new skills and feel more confident in managing the disease.
The SPIN-SELF Program was tested in a research study and found to be effective for people living with scleroderma—the first program of its kind to achieve this. Thanks to the SRF’s sponsorship, it’s now available to everyone living with scleroderma!
What’s included:
- A 9-module online toolkit covering the challenges that matter most—pain, fatigue, digestion, nutrition, appearance changes and other topics
- 8 weekly group video sessions led by a trained facilitator, who is also living with scleroderma
- A small, supportive group of just 8–10 participants
Groups run only 2–4 times a year, spots are limited and will fill quickly.
Take the next step: secure your place in an upcoming group!
