How CONQUER Data is Helping to Advance Targeted Care in Scleroderma

By January 12, 2026No Comments

Created by the SRF in 2018, CONQUER is a first-of-its-kind registry and biosample repository collecting real-world data from people living with scleroderma over time. By intentionally enrolling participants with various forms of the disease—and participants from a wide range of backgrounds and ethnicities—CONQUER helps researchers and clinicians form a better picture of the range of ways that scleroderma can affect people.

This depth and diversity of data is essential to advancing personalized medicine, as it as it helps improve understanding understanding of which treatments may work best for which people, and why. Powered by more than 1,300 participants across 19 leading U.S. research centers, the registry is already producing robust data that has contributed to multiple published manuscripts and is helping shape industry innovation.

Consider joining CONQUER, as every person who joins strengthens the data that may help inform more tailored, effective treatments.
