The 15 minute survey is open to anyone around the world who lives with scleroderma, regardless of type or how long you have had this diagnosis.

Please note: the survey can only be completed once per year. Anyone aged 18 or older who has been diagnosed with scleroderma by a qualified healthcare provider is eligible to participate, and all responses are kept anonymous.
